Occupational Therapy

Overview

Occupational therapy focuses on helping patients regain independence in the activities of daily life, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, cooking, or returning to work and hobbies.

Our Approach

Therapists assess your physical and cognitive abilities to design a personalized plan that supports your goals. We use adaptive strategies, equipment training, and task simulation to build functional skills and confidence.

What to Expect

You may practice real-life tasks, work on fine motor skills or upper extremity strength, and learn techniques to improve safety and energy conservation. Caregivers may also be trained to support your recovery at home.
