Balance and Vestibular Training

Overview

Balance and vestibular therapy addresses issues such as dizziness, unsteadiness, and frequent falls. It’s designed to help patients feel more secure and confident during movement and daily activities.

Our Approach

Physical therapists trained in vestibular rehabilitation use targeted exercises to improve your balance, coordination, and visual focus. Therapy is customized based on the cause of your imbalance — whether neurological, orthopaedic, or inner ear–related.

What to Expect

Treatment may include gaze stabilization exercises, walking on varied surfaces, strength training, and head movement routines. You will also learn strategies to prevent falls and manage symptoms like vertigo.
